We want you to be absolutely thrilled with InstaGenius AI. If you are not satisfied with our platform for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase. This applies to your first billing cycle only.
2. Eligible Purchases
Refunds apply to monthly and annual subscription plans. Please note:
- Credit Packs: Individual AI credit packs are non-refundable as they provide immediate access to computational resources.
- Renewals: Subsequent monthly or annual renewals are not eligible for the 7-day refund guarantee.
3. Fair Use & Limitations
To prevent platform abuse, we cannot offer refunds if you have utilized a significant portion of the resources provided in your plan. Specifically:
If you have used more than 20% of your included AI credits or generated more than 10 posts, your refund request may be denied at our discretion.
4. How to Request
To initiate a refund, please send an email to support@techshekhada.com with the subject "Refund Request - [Your Registered Email]".
Please include a brief reason for your request—this helps us improve the product for future users! Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
